How much is your application fee? Normally the fee is $35.00 per person 18 years or older. |
Is there on-site Management? Enjoy on-site Maintenance. Our wonderful Maintenance Technician is available 24 hours for any emergency. There is a 24 hour calling center which residents may call to seek assistance after business hours. |
How much does it cost to hold an apartment? We require a check or money oder of $250 to hold an apartment for 3 weeks or less. This holding deposit goes toward your entire deposit. At move-in you only pay the remaining deposit. |
How much is the deposit? All one bedrooms require a deposit of $550. All two bedrooms require a deposit of $675.00 depending on credit outcome. Additional deposit may be required if necessary. |
Do you accept pets? We are a cat friendly community. We allow a maximum of two cats with an additional deposit of $400 and $200 for the second cat. NO PET RENT! |
Can you accept credit cards? Unfortunately, we don’t have that ability. We are happy to accept checks, money order or cashiers check. |
Do you have automatic debit for monthly rent? YES! We offer an ACH to automatically debit rent from your checking account on the third of every month. |
Is your swimming pool heated? YES! the hours for the pool are 9am-10pm daily. We also have a sister property that has 3 pools and an indoor spa that you are welcome to visit. |
